**NEW** Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation     8 – 9.30pm  

 

Simple exercises to enhance your well-being. Suitable for all, including those returning to exercise, those less mobile and for those recovering from injury and illness. Classes will include breathing exercises and stress management techniques. You will learn a set of simple, pleasant stretching exercises to increase circulation and improve overall flexibility, increase mobility of joints – especially the spine and hips – helping to decrease pain and stiffness.

Begin your yoga practice with this balanced programme introducing all the essentials of Hatha Yoga practice. Improve your health and energy levels through a progression of safe and relaxing yoga stretches and postures. Suitable for those with no experience at all; a class for all ages and abilities!
