MEDITATION  MORNING  in  EALING

 

9.30am – 1pm  Saturday 10th July

 

Friends’ Meeting House, 17 Woodville Road, Ealing W5 2SE

 

    A morning of relaxation, breathing practices and meditation, coupled with readings and discussion of how the practice of meditation can become better understood, more consistent and effective.

    This event is suitable for beginners wanting to learn meditation as well as those who already have some experience of the practice.   A small blanket is useful for the relaxations.   Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.   

 

Fee £15

[Half fee for those already enrolled in an H.I.Yoga class

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice in which the activities of the mind are allowed to come to rest even to the point of sleep but without actually going to sleep. It is a practice leading to profound stillness.

The sessions are usually held on Sunday mornings.
